Typical of trendy LG cell phones, features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, FLIX messaging, Mobile Web 2.0 capability, mobile instant messaging (IM), PIX messaging (MMS), full-duplex speaker phone, and access to Verizon Wireless' V CAST multimedia service and V CAST Music. V CAST Music lets customers browse, preview, download and play digital music on their wireless phones over a broadband network. LG FUSIC is the first mobile phone in the U.S. with an FM transmitter for listening to music through a radio or car stereo. FUSIC delivers music and entertainment services at broadband-like speeds via the Sprint Power Vision Network. Features Ringtone Composer According to LG and Sprint, the FUSIC looks, feels, and plays like a portable music player, with instant access to Sprint's music store for downloading full songs over-the-air, an FM transmitter, Bluetooth stereo support, and four changeable faceplates in blue, green, pink and black for personalization of the phone. A microSD memory expansion card slot is built in. One neat feature - the Ring Tone Composer - allows users to record custom ringtones by humming a tune into the phone's microphone or composing a tune in Keyboard or Score mode. "Sprint is seeing significant growth in the demand for music on mobile phones," said Danny Bowman, VP of product marketing for Sprint.

In addition, the MM-535 offers a full color LCD screen, speakerphone and external storage for downloaded media as well as photo and video clips. This multimedia phone is available through Sprint.
